Salon & Spa Policies

Salon Policies:

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may need to reschedule.

Walk-ins are always welcome for the salon & spa if openings are available.

Spa Policies:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation & completion of the necessary forms. Late arrivivals for spa services cannot be guaranteed full service time.

We love children, however we are unable to accommodate them during your visit to the spa. Children are welcome in the salon with an appointment.

Please turn off your cell phone ringer and/or pager while you are here. If you are having a spa treatment, please turn your cell phone completely off so that your treatment will not be interrupted.
